Against incitement of hatred and discord
The Coordinating Council of Russian-Armenian Organizations and the Armenian national cultural autonomy (community) of St. Petersburg express concern that recently negative news has become more frequent in Armenian news, where the authors deliberately cast a shadow over Russian-Armenian relations. As an example, when submitting a negative, the emblem or flag of Russia is published.
We urge not to spread in the media and social networks such provocative actions with both external incitement of enmity, and the internal Armenian hatred.

As stated in the Pan-Armenian Declaration in 2015 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the peak of the Armenian Genocide, at this stage (after the milestone when the fact of the Armenian Genocide is recognized), “the nationwide priority is the struggle to eliminate the consequences of the Genocide tragedy in the fate of Armenia and the Armenian people”, namely, moral and psychological, material and political consequences.

Statement in connection with acts of vandalism
The CC RAO is confident that the negative incident will remain a hooligan incident and that hotheads will no longer lead to provoking «well-wishers» from the outside to provocations and chain reactions. On the other hand, the Armenian authorities should simply have to voice their position in a timely manner, and also, together with society and the Diaspora, develop a Concept and Strategy in the context of the ongoing information-psychological warfare. The December 2 incident is an indirect result of the absence of any strategy.
October 30, 2019
Appeal on the adoption by the US House of Representatives of the Resolution on the Armenian Genocide
This decision instills reassurance and gratitude into the hearts of the descendants of 1.5 million Armenians brutally killed in Turkey and Western Armenia in 1915-1923. This is an important step towards preventing such atrocities in the world in the future.

Appeal to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin
The Coordinating Council of the Russian-Armenian organizations is concerned about the explosive situation around Nagorno-Karabakh and believes that urgent peacekeeping efforts, including through public diplomacy, must be taken. We demand from Ms. T. Mitkova and NTV:

Statement on the election of Nikol Pashinyan as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia
… But to come to power is not everything, one needs to be able to properly use this power. In order for the people to not be disappointed, one must skillfully use the powerful national potential, exceptional talent and diligence, which are the distinguishing features of the Armenian people. The best professionals should be involved in the leadership of the republic, regardless of their party affiliation. This should be a government of professionals and patriots, ready to devote all their energies to the revival of Armenia.

Statement on the 30th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide in Sumgayit
— affirm that the above mentioned crimes, together with the incessant today Armenian-phobic policies and actions of Azerbaijan, fully and unconditionally comply with the legal formulation of the crime of genocide established by the UN Convention of 1948 «On the prevention and punishment of the crime of genocide»,
— note that the media, Internet resources, organizations of different countries that directly or indirectly hush up the truth, support, justify or replicate genocidal policies, contribute to the distortion of history and reality, are essentially accomplices and collaborators of the above mentioned and ongoing criminal processes,
— we urge international organizations, state and public structures, public figures and media from different countries to give an adequate legal assessment to the repeated genocidal acts, to the continuous and ongoing genocidal policy of Azerbaijan.

Statement on the 30th anniversary of the victorious Artsakh (Karabakh) liberation movement of the Armenian people and Artsakh Revival Day
Thanks to unbending will and patriotic spirit, a new generation of Armenians has been brought up today, for whom freedom and independence are the highest values. The victorious Artsakh (Karabakh) liberation movement is the beginning of the inevitable restoration of justice in resolving the Armenian Cause. From now on, the Armenian people will never leave the land on which stands the foot of the Armenian Soldier — the Liberator and the Winner.
As said at the end of the “Miatsum” film https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aW4QsZQncXs, from now on and forever the joyful chime of the bells of the Armenian churches will foreshadow the victorious procession of the patriots of their Homeland, united under the flag of the unification of their historical lands — a flag that today flutters over Armenia and Artsakh, but should and will rise above the whole Free and United Armenia.

We demand respect the historical truth. At the same time, CC RAO appeals to the co-chairing countries of the OSCE Minsk Group — to Russia, the United States and France with a request to comment on this matter. Especially we are waiting for the weighty word of Armenia’s strategic ally — Russia. We ask you to stop the insolent leader of Azerbaijan. So as not to have to resort him to coercion to peace.

Jule 23, 2017
Appeal in connection with the next armed provocations of the Republic of Azerbaijan against the Republic of Artsakh
We appeal to organizations that ensure law and justice in international relations — the UN, the OSCE Minsk Group, as well as to the authorities of our Motherland Russia — to recognize Azerbaijan as an aggressor in all its many-sided inhuman crimes in the Karabakh conflict, and also to officially recognize the NKR (Artsakh Republic) as an independent state , since a different approach in time of high degree of Armenian-phobia that prevails in this fascist state, means giving the whole Armenian population of the NKR to the right slaughter.

The Armenian public in Russia thanks all countries that supported the initiative of Armenia in adopting the Resolution (A / RES / 69/323) and calls to resist to all forms of extremism, chauvinism and Nazism, which lead only to new mass crimes that cripple the fate of thousands and hundreds of thousands of people in the whole world.

Statement about concern over events in the Republic of Armenia
Coordinating Council of Russian-Armenian organizations calls on all citizens of Armenia to peacefully demand the respect of their rights and not to create incidents that provoke violent actions from both sides. We hope that in this case, as always, the Armenian people will be able to find a worthy way out from the situation, creating an atmosphere of mutual respect and mechanisms for fully discussing and solving urgent problems.
At the same time, we share the concern of people regarding Russia’s ignorance for the dangerous policy of radical pan-Turkism, regarding Russia’s sales of weapons to the genocidal aggressor Azerbaijan, as well as the threat of a new war from Azerbaijan.

Appeal in connection with the adoption by the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany of a Resolution recognizing the Genocide of Armenians and other Christian minorities in the Ottoman Empire
The results of the vote in the Bundestag allow us to hope that objectivity, reason and nobility will prevail, finally, in the parliaments of other countries that have not yet decided on the Genocide of the non-Muslim peoples of the Ottoman Empire. This applies to the United States, where the Armenian Genocide has already been recognized in 46 states out of 50, to the United Kingdom and, of course, to Israel as a state for which the Genocide is not a term, but a Catastrophe, which is why the refusal of this country to recognize the Genocide of Armenians, Greeks, Assyrians and Yezidis in the Ottoman Empire can not be explained.
February 12, 2016
Appeal in support of the proposal of the State Duma deputies on the denunciation of the Moscow Treaty of 1921 with Turkey
One of the effective measures would be the denunciation of the Moscow Treaty of 1921. This would serve the benefit of Russia and the people who were particularly hard hit by aggressive Turkish politics. Armenians, Greeks, Assyrians, Yezidis, Slavic peoples of the Balkans, Arabs, Kurds and other peoples are waiting for the restoration of their historical rights and, no doubt, will be ready to contribute to the fair policy of Russia in the Middle East.

A statement condemning the vile act of the Turkish authorities to destroy a Russian aircraft
Destroy of the aircraft is a sharply hostile move towards Russia. And in the current situation, Russia should seriously think about … providing all-round assistance to the allied Armenia fighting for the restoration of historical justice in the matter of eliminating the consequences of the Armenian Genocide in 1915-23. A reliable barrier should be put to Turkish expansion. To do this, the great powers should come to an agreement and act together. For Turkey from time immemorial has been a threat to the entire civilized world.
July 25, 2015
Appeal on the occasion of recognition and condemnation by the legislative and executive authorities of Belgium of the Armenian Genocide in Ottoman Turkey
We consider it our duty to note that modern Turkey is the successor of the Ottoman Turkey and is obliged to bear responsibility for the atrocities committed, which are not in doubt among all civilized humanity. Therefore, we are confident that the authorities of other progressive countries, following the example of Belgium, will also seek recognition of the Armenian Genocide and other Christian peoples of the Ottoman Empire, condemnation and liquidation of its consequences (territorial and material compensation) and the gradual humanization of Turkish society.

Statement on the 25th anniversary of the massacres of Armenians in Baku
These events once again showed the defenseless and powerless situation of the Armenians of Baku, since the police remained inactive for all days of the massacres and did not respond to requests for help from the citizens who were attacked. Despite the tragic outcome, the Baku events became a new powerful catalyst for the unification of Armenians all over the world, who proved their will to freedom and independence on the battlefield in Karabakh, defeating the enemy who was several times greater in numerical and material strength and has embarked on the path of genocide .
From now on, the Armenian people will never repeat the mistakes of the past, since unification during the Karabakh war and the creation of independent Armenia were the very platform with which the Armenians of the whole world bring development and prosperity to future generations.

Statement on the monstrous murder of Avetisyan family members in Gyumri
We understand… when fair anger and indignation with this crime are expressed publicly.
But it is completely incomprehensible and unacceptable to us the crime of a specific person, no matter how serious it is, is used by the opposition forces in Armenia to incite anti-Russian sentiments.

Address in connection with the events in the city of Kessab (Syria) to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon
On March 21, a pre-planned act of vandalism occurred in Kessab (Syria), which was carried out by terrorists from Al-Qaeda and the Front al-Nusra group, receiving full military and logistical support from Ankara. It is also noteworthy that Turkey made an attempt to destroy the Kessab inhabited by Armenians precisely on the eve of the 100th anniversary of the generally accepted date of the Armenian Genocide in the Ottoman Empire.
Similar phenomena occurred also during the terrorist intervention in Syria before this event. The dream of the Turkish rulers is the capture of this country and the complete destruction of its Christian population. It is enough to refer to the recently published leak of information about the plans of the Turkish invasion of Syria.
We kindly ask you to condemn the Turkish authorities, to force Ankara to abandon criminal aiding terrorist organizations and groups, to ensure the safety of civilians and to provide all necessary assistance to the victims of terrorist attacks.

Reply of the CC RAO to president of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev
The Coordinating Council of Russian-Armenian organizations requires Ilham Aliyev to respect for the history of mankind and not to engage in false historical propaganda for political purposes, since this is initially doomed to failure. It is impossible to hide the truth in the information age. And any such actions will only interfere with normal human dialogue between nations.

Statement on the Day of Remembrance of the victims of Sumgayit massacres in 1988
— Condemns the lack of legal and political assessments of the Sumgayit tragedy, as well as the impunity of criminals, that leads to similar crimes against innocent people, against humanity;
— Calls on all states, all authoritative international organizations, all people of good will to condemn and prevent any acts of genocide in the world;
— Honors the memory of all the victims of the bloody tragedy which fell at the hands of Azerbaijani executioners.

Statement on the 24th anniversary of the Armenian massacres in Baku
Azerbaijan will never succeed in convincing the world community of its lies created in a very primitive and cheap way and by bribing caviar diplomacy and other means.
The Armenians of Russia sacredly honor the memory of the victims of the Genocide staged by Azerbaijani thugs and murderers in Baku in January 1990. On this day of sorrow for innocent victims, the Coordinating Council of Russian-Armenian Organizations addresses to all states, all authoritative international organizations, all people of good will with a call to condemn the Armenian Genocide in Azerbaijan and with a call to prevent any acts of genocide in the world. Only the joint efforts of the entire world community can leave the concept of «genocide» in the past of mankind!

We express our sincere gratitude to the Russian and other peoples, we thank all the rescuers and participants in the earthquake relief, all who responded, who extended a helping hand to the survivors and victims at a difficult moment. A low bow to everyone who was close at a difficult time, to everyone who risked their lives, to everyone who shared the grief with the Republic of Armenia, and took the misfortune of the Armenian people as their own.
