Against incitement of hatred and discord
The Coordinating Council of Russian-Armenian Organizations and the Armenian national cultural autonomy (community) of St. Petersburg express concern that recently negative news has become more frequent in Armenian news, where the authors deliberately cast a shadow over Russian-Armenian relations. As an example, when submitting a negative, the emblem or flag of Russia is published.
We urge not to spread in the media and social networks such provocative actions with both external incitement of enmity, and the internal Armenian hatred.

Statement in connection with the adoption by the US Senate of the Resolution on the Armenian Genocide in Turkey
As stated in the Pan-Armenian Declaration in 2015 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the peak of the Armenian Genocide, at this stage (after the milestone when the fact of the Armenian Genocide is recognized), “the nationwide priority is the struggle to eliminate the consequences of the Genocide tragedy in the fate of Armenia and the Armenian people”, namely, moral and psychological, material and political consequences.

The CC RAO is confident that the negative incident will remain a hooligan incident and that hotheads will no longer lead to provoking «well-wishers» from the outside to provocations and chain reactions. On the other hand, the Armenian authorities should simply have to voice their position in a timely manner, and also, together with society and the Diaspora, develop a Concept and Strategy in the context of the ongoing information-psychological warfare. The December 2 incident is an indirect result of the absence of any strategy.

Statement on the 25th anniversary of the massacres of Armenians in Baku
These events once again showed the defenseless and powerless situation of the Armenians of Baku, since the police remained inactive for all days of the massacres and did not respond to requests for help from the citizens who were attacked. Address in connection with the events in the city of Kessab (Syria) to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon
On March 21, a pre-planned act of vandalism occurred in Kessab (Syria), which was carried out by terrorists from Al-Qaeda and the Front al-Nusra group, receiving full military and logistical support from Ankara. It is also noteworthy that Turkey made an attempt to destroy the Kessab inhabited by Armenians precisely on the eve of the 100th anniversary of the generally accepted date of the Armenian Genocide in the Ottoman Empire.
